Pencil Icon

Any time that you see a "Blue Pencil" Icon, you have the ability to edit/update information that resides on that page.

In the header section of the Customer Profile Page, clicking on the Pencil Icon will take you to the customer information page where you can edit/update customer information in various fields which include:

• Personal Information
  
• Contact Information
  
• Co-borrower/spouse information
  
• Banking Information
  
• Debit/Credit Cards
  
• Employment Information
  
• Landlord Information
  
• References Information
  
• Advertising Information    
  
• Login Information
  
• Challenge Questions

Only CSR's with the appropriate access levels will be able to add, edit, or delete any information.
